Two cash prizes of $5000 and $3000 will be awarded.

Dream Chaser is a companywide award presented to an APM employee, their spouse, child, parent, or sibling to start, continue or complete a dream.

First Place: JuJuan Morris
($5,000 Award)

MS Warrior JuJuan dreams of bringing people who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis together to educate and learn from each other, as well as experts, on different treatments and nutrition that can help improve the quality of life of those who are affected by this disease.

Second Place: Nicole Perez
($3,500 Award)
Daughter of Lori Eddington, Compliance, APM Home Office

Nicole owns a preschool in a low income and underserved area. She will use the funds to make essential improvements to old and outdated structures to make the space sanitary, clean and safe for the children who attend.

Who can apply?

Employees of American Pacific Mortgage, their spouse, child, parent, or sibling.

Who chooses the recipient?

The APMCares Board and the APMCares Advisory Council will review the qualified applicants and select the Top Five. Every APM employee will have their opporunity to cast their vote for the top two.

Who funds the Dream Chaser Award?

Funding for the Dream Chaser award is administered by APMCares, using donations made to APMCares in memory of Jon Reisig.

What other criteria are required?

Dream Chaser Applications must be submitted by August 14, 2024.

Submit a video! Applications must include a video of up to two (2) minutes. What is the dream? How will your dream make a positive impact in your community and/or the world? Speak from the heart and make your case!

What qualifies as a "dream?"

The dream can be one of entrepreneurship, innovation or creativity! There are no limits!

What are the award amounts?

Two (2) awards will be given; one for $5000 and one for $3000.

When will the winner be announced?

The winner will be announced during our all-hands Virtual Town Hall on August 15, 2023.

Why is the Dream Chaser Award significant?

Dream Chaser is a companywide award presented in loving memory of Jon Reisig, son of Eric and Mary Ann Reisig, nephew of Kurt Reisig.
